I've been reminiscing about the life living in Singapore a lot. There's gonna be lots of post about Singapore, which may contain some helpful/useful information for you.

Just the other day during my shift, Mr. Jones recommended this coffee store to me when we were talking about coffee.

CMCR (COMMON MAN COFFEE ROASTERS) 

First of all, I have to say I appreciated that I have the chance to work in IRD (In-Room Dining) department.

That was an unforgettable experience. It means a lot to me. 

My boss, supervisors, senior, colleague, guests, and everyone else there. 

Thank you very much from the bottom of my heart. 

When I first visited here, I was so amazed by its vibe as well as the coffee!  

Since then, CMCR has become my regular place.

I could almost say that the filter coffee here is the best I've ever had so far in my life.

The barista and the staff are excellent and friendly.

I met a Taiwanese trainee and the barista from Malaysia that Mr. Jones mentioned.

As a coffeeholic, I am just so lucky to know such a great cafè.

I can get my things done with a cup of coffee and a nice meal with a great atmosphere in here. 

To me, Cafè is the third place between work and home. 

Pour Over with Ethiopia Beans (Filter Coffee)

This is the one that Mr. Jones recommends which is very great! 

在某一天工作中因為和一位客人聊到咖啡, Mr. Jones跟我推薦了新加坡的一家咖啡店 

雖然每次來這邊吃東西喝咖啡一張50元新幣就會不見

但CMCR真的很棒!

收到他給我的一張紙上寫上這家店的名子也附上了他推薦要試試看的pour over with Ethiopia beans (Filter coffee)

而且也寫上2位他印象深刻店員名子 

(這真的讓我很欣慰也很替這2位服務生開心, 畢竟自己也是從事餐飲服務的,能夠被客人記得名子被稱讚是多麼開心的事) 

在我某天休假的時候我去了CMCR

finally! 

雖然這家在22 Martin Road的CMCR沒有附近捷運站, 

當時從我住的地方開始坐公車(約45分鐘)+走路(約10分鐘)  

建議大家用google map比較快找到

到的時候看到CMCR 真的好美!

裡面用餐環境也是超棒的, 很有在西方國家的感覺,平日去的時候也都是蠻多人,但是很舒服

第一次去的時候我點了一個吃的餐 

也在這邊遇到了一位台灣實習生,也和客人Mr. Jones推薦的一位barista成為朋友

他們招待我喝了一杯超好喝的拿鐵 

這邊的環境真的太棒了,很多人卻又感覺很舒服很放鬆可以做自己的事

從此之後在新加坡的日子我每個月都會用一天的休假去CMCR 

也終於喝到Mr. Jones 推薦的pour over with Ethiopia beans (Filter coffee)

真的是喝過最好喝的咖啡!
